We design, build and run focused software — from the first line of Swift to the server it ships on.
FeedAssist SP LLC-FZ is a small, senior engineering studio. We build AI-native products end to end: native iOS and Android clients on one shared backend, deployed, monitored and backed up by the same team that wrote the code.
A small team that carries products through the whole lifecycle.
We don't hand off a design and wait — the same people who scope a feature ship it, deploy it and are on call when it breaks.
Native product engineering
SwiftUI on iOS, Kotlin + Compose on Android, kept in lockstep against a single feature-parity map so both platforms ship the same experience.
Backend & systems
FastAPI services, Postgres, background schedulers and job queues, containerised with Docker Compose and fronted by Caddy on hardened Linux hosts.
AI-native features
LLM-powered generation designed around a human decision point — the model drafts, a person approves, and every prompt is built to fail safely.
Operating what we ship
Deployment, encrypted backups, restore drills, on-call and cost guardrails — the unglamorous half of shipping software that we do ourselves.
Engineering habits we don't compromise on.
These aren't slogans — they're the defaults built into every product we ship, starting with our own.
A human approves anything irreversible
Where software acts on a user's behalf in public — posting, sending, publishing — nothing goes out without an explicit, in-the-moment approval.
Official APIs only
We integrate through documented, authorised interfaces and OAuth — never scraping or automating a UI that wasn't built for it.
Secrets are encrypted, always
Access tokens and user API keys are encrypted at rest with rotating keys; the service refuses to start on a placeholder or short secret.
Backups you'd actually trust
Nightly encrypted database and config backups, shipped off-host, with a documented restore drill we practice — not just a script we hope works.
Data minimisation by default
Automated retention jobs purge what's no longer needed — unused content, stale error reports, expired tokens — on a schedule, not a backlog item.
Platform parity, deliberately
A shared feature map keeps iOS, Android and the backend honest with each other, so a change on one platform doesn't quietly become a gap on the other.
We build our own products, not just other people's.
Our flagship is Op-Ed — the clearest demonstration of how we work, built with the same standards described above.
Op-Ed — your daily briefing, your LinkedIn op-ed
A daily industry briefing and AI drafting assistant for LinkedIn. Op-Ed ranks the news that matters to your role each morning and helps turn your take into a post in your own voice — you shape and approve every word before anything is published.
Native apps on iOS and Android, one FastAPI backend, LinkedIn's official API for publishing, and Claude for drafting.
A registered software company, run like a product team.
FeedAssist SP LLC-FZ is a Dubai-registered software development company. We work as a small, senior team rather than a large agency — every product we've shipped has gone from spec to app-store build to production server under the same roof.
We favour depth over headcount: fewer people who own a problem end to end, native platform code instead of a lowest-common-denominator wrapper, and infrastructure we understand well enough to fix at 2am if we have to.
Today that discipline is applied to our own product line, starting with Op-Ed. We're open to select partnerships and engineering work that fits the same bar — see Contact.
